“In my opinion, this is the UK's largest hotel I know that dedicates itself entirely to accessible travel, complete with door-to-door transport from across the nation; inside, I noted the specialized diet chef and inclusive dining, which should allow everyone to relax. The location is really spot on. It's super convenient! the place was clean. I loved that. the host answered my questions super quickly. That was great!!
The beds were comfy. That's true. but the hotel itself was disappointing. i waited for like ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged me when i checked in. the staff walked right past us without saying anything. That was weird.

the location was spot on. the host replied quickly to questions i posed (this was quite helpful). the apartment was also clean and well presented.
the hotel needs modernisation. stains were all over the carpets (i noticed this immediately). i found ladies' earrings on the carpet near one of the beds.

Underwhelming stay. Cleanliness was lacking

The location was acceptable. It was only a couple of minutes from the seafront.
The photos online misrepresented the actual condition of the place, i found that quite annoying. Not a good first impression. bathrooms clearly had not been cleaned properly. I even found someone's old earrings. modernisation is needed. That's an understatement.
